Sponsor and Organizer: The Sweepstakes is sponsored and organized by Navimow B.V. (“Navimow” or “Sponsor”).  

1. BINDING AGREEMENT. By participating in the Win with Navimow – The Navimow Couch Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”, or “Campaign”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.  

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SWEEPSTAKES.  

(1) Participation. This Sweepstakes is an invitation to participate extended by the Sponsor to potential Participants. Your entry into the Sweepstakes will be deemed your offer to participate, and such offer will be subject to the Sponsor’s acceptance. To participate, you must submit an entry in the manner described on the Sweepstakes entry page and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.  

3. Eligibility. 

(1) Term. The Sweepstakes runs from [10 June 2026, 12:00 AM (CET) to 3 August, 11:59 PM (CET), as determined by the Sponsor’s website standard time. All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries, including those due to technical, network, or system errors or failures.  

(2) Capacity and Residency. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and possess full legal capacity at the time of entry. 

4. Territory and Operational Restrictions.  

(1) Exclusion. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or persons living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate.  

(2) Platform Availability. Entry submission and preferred session selections are subject to final server confirmation by the Sponsor’s website database.  

5. Methods of Entry.  

(1) No Purchase Required. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase Participant’s chances of winning. Participation is free.  

(2) Form Fields and GDPR Compliance. To enter, each Participant must accurately complete the online entry form, providing their Full Name, a valid Email Address, a valid Phone Number, and their Preferred Tournament Session. Each unique email address and individual is eligible for only one (1) entry.  

(3) Voluntary Marketing Opt-In. Agreeing to these Terms for Campaign entry is completely separate from subscribing to marketing communications. Participants may optionally opt-in to receive promotional emails from Navimow via a separate, unchecked tick box. Newsletter subscription is strictly voluntary, and choosing not to subscribe will not decrease a Participant’s chances of winning. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. 

(4) Participants must not: 

• Post offensive, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content; 

• Manipulate engagement metrics artificially; 

• Use fake accounts, bots, or fraudulent methods; 

• Harass or attack other community members. 

Fake votes, vote manipulation, spam, offensive content or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification. 

(5) By participating, participants grant Navimow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to: Repost, Share, Publish, Translate, Display, or otherwise use submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Campaign. Participants confirm that submitted content does not infringe upon any third-party rights. 

6. Prize Allocation and Restrictions.  

(1) Prize Allocation. 

Three (3) entry tickets providing access to the designated "Win with Navimow – The Navimow Couch Sweepstakes" promotional area and general admission venue entry ticket required to legally access the tournament grounds during the specified tournament day at the Danish Golf Championship 2026 at Great Northern, Kerteminde; and  

One (1) winner will be selected via the randomized mechanism. The confirmed winner will receive:  

• Three (3) entry tickets for The Danish Golf Championship 2026 at Great Northern, Kerteminde; 
• Three (3) exclusive seats in the Navimow Couch  for one (1) designated hour. 

(2) On-Site Fulfillment Lock (Logistical Restriction). 

The prize consists strictly and exclusively of the admission tickets listed above which must be utilized physically on-site at the tournament venue in Great Northern, Kerteminde, Denmark. **Sponsor will not provide any cross-border shipping of physical items, flights, international or ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, beverages, or personal travel insurance. All logistical arrangements and expenses to attend the venue in Denmark are the sole, absolute responsibility of the winner.** 

(3) Session Assignment Restrictions. While participants indicate their preferred tournament session at the time of entry, Sponsor reserves the final, unilateral right to allocate and determine the exact date and session of the ticket based on ticket availability. Sponsor does not guarantee that the winner will receive their preferred session. 

(4) Scope of Prize. The prize consists strictly and exclusively of the admission tickets listed above. All other expenses, including but not limited to airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, beverages, and personal insurance, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative credits. 

7. Prize Redemption & Verification (48-Hour Rule).  

(1) Winner Notification. Upon the conclusion of the promotional period, the potential winner will be notified by the Sponsor via the email address and/or mobile phone number provided at the time of entry.  

(2) Limited Response Window. Within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification email, the potential winner must reply and provide a valid proof of identity and legal residency within the EU/EEA as requested by Sponsor to facilitate ticket distribution. If the potential winner fails to respond or provide the required verification within this forty-eight (48) hour window, the prize will be automatically forfeited, and Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner.  

(3) Delivery. Digital tickets will be issued directly to the winner's verified email account or associated tournament ticketing account following successful verification. Sponsor is not responsible for technical network drops or third-party ticketing application errors that delay ticket delivery. 

(4) On-Site Check-In Requirement. In addition to the forty-eight (48) hour response requirement set forth in Section 7(2), the confirmed winner must check in at the Navimow Exhibition Area no later than one (1) hour prior to the commencement of the designated tournament session. Failure to complete check-in within the required timeframe shall constitute forfeiture of the Navimow Couch seating, and Sponsor reserves the right to reallocate such seats to alternate attendees at its sole discretion, with no liability or compensation owed to the original winner. 

8. ON-SITE CODE OF CONDUCT. 

(1) Orderly Behavior. The winner’s access to the venue and the Navimow Lucky Couch is strictly conditional upon compliance with all security protocols and codes of conduct mandated by the tournament organizers and Sponsor. Public intoxication, disruptive conduct, or unlawful behavior will result in immediate removal from the couch area. 

(2) Corporate Brand Protection. To preserve corporate sponsorships and live media broadcasts, the winner shall refrain from prominently wearing, carrying, or displaying apparel, logos, signage, or promotional materials of direct commercial competitors of Navimow (including but not limited to other robotic lawnmower brands) while seated on the Navimow Lucky Couch. 

(3) Right of Eviction. Sponsor and venue security reserve the absolute, unilateral right to immediately terminate the winner’s access to the couch area and evict them without any liability, compensation, or prize replacement for any violation of this Section. 

9. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

(1) Right to Modify or Terminate. To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor reserves the right to interpret, modify, terminate, or cancel this Campaign or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice if technical failures, fraud, or abuse affect the proper functioning or integrity of the event.  

(2) Operational Technical Errors. In the event of system errors, web form data corruption, or server communication drops, the Sponsor reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel or re-run drawings affected by those technical glitches.  

(3) VOID. VOID where prohibited or restricted by law.  

10. MISCELLANEOUS.   

(1) Support. If Participant experiences any issues while using the website during the Campaign Period, please contact our support team at navimow-store@rlm.segway.com for assistance.  

(2) Use of Name, Image and Likeness. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Campaign constitutes the winner’s explicit consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, and statements for promotional and marketing purposes across Sponsor's social media channels and official websites, without additional compensation. The winner may revoke this consent at any time with future effect by contacting Sponsor.  

(3) Local Tax Compliance. Winners are solely responsible for any personal income taxes or local reporting obligations resulting from the receipt of the prize under applicable tax regulations. Sponsor makes no representations regarding individual tax treatments. 

11. Limitations of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws:  

(1) Technical Disclaimers. Sponsor (including its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, and employees) shall not be held liable for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, or corrupted due to server glitches, network drops, or carrier communication failures.  

(2) Maximum Liability. Sponsor's maximum aggregate liability to any participant for any claim arising out of or relating to this Campaign—whether in contract, tort, or warranty—shall not exceed the actual retail value of the tournament admission ticket provided.  

(3) Consequential Damages. Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the winner's travel to, or attendance at, the event venue.  

(4) No Defamation. Participant agrees not to denigrate, disparage, defame, or otherwise cast Sponsor, its products, services, brand, or reputation in a false, misleading, or negative light.  

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.  

(1) Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively under the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.  

(2) Exclusive Venue. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under or relating to this Campaign shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Denmark. 

13. Privacy 

Personal information collected during the Campaign will be used solely for: 

• Campaign administration, 

• Winner verification, 

• Prize fulfillment, 

• And related communication purposes. 

Data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Navimow’s privacy policy.
