In an open area, the mower can be away from the charging station for no farther than 100 m. If you have a large lawn, you should choose an open area in the middle to place your charging station.
The anti-theft function can precisely locate Navimow and effectively prevent accidents such as mower theft. If the Navimow moves out of a defined area, it will sound an alarm and you will receive a notification in the app at the same time. Go to Settings > Mower > Safety Features>Anti-theft. When anti-theft is enabled, you can set the geofence and check Navimow's location on the map in real time. If the mower runs out of battery and switches off on its way back to the charging station, you can use the app to find out where it stopped. The designated area should be within 15-50m.
Kindly note that the anti-theft function is a special function in 4G mode that is based on positioning and is only available if you have Access + installed.
1. Unpack the garage from the box.
2.Check and make sure no parts are missing.
3.Secure the garaga base with 4 bolts.
4.Secure the cover with 2 fasteners.
5.Lay the cables down and organize them.
6.Secure the garage to the ground by using 8 screws.
7.Tighten the screws.
NOTE: Do not put heavy objects on garage. Put the garage in storage when the temperature goes below 0°(32℉).

When the Navimow i is mowing, please pause the Navimow i and click HOME in the App to cancel the mowing task, when starting the next mowing session, you can select to clear the mowing progress and the Navimow i will start from the beginning.

Navimow i can be cleaned with a cloth or garden hose.
Before cleaning, make sure the mower is powered off.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:Ensure the Navimow i was turned on when the issue occurred and confirm that it was connected to a strong WiFi network. If you have installed Navimow Access+, set the network mode to "Only 4G" in the App under Settings > Mower > My Device > Network. Additionally, try connecting the Navimow i to another WiFi network to see if that resolves the issue.
1. Check whether the battery of the Navimow i is dead or over-discharged. It is recommended to manually charge it in the charging station for around one hour. Observe whether the battery level returns to normal after charging.
2. Contact your seller for after-sales service if it still cannot be switched on after charging.
