1. Organizer

The "Navimow Milestones" campaign (the "Campaign") is organized by Navimow (the "Organizer"). By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Campaign Period

The Campaign begins on July 23, 2026, at 00:00 (CEST) and ends on September 30, 2026, at 23:59 (CEST). The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time, subject to prior notice.

1. Conditions of Participation

The Campaign is open to individuals who: Are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country/region; Possess a valid account on the participating community platform(s); Have a valid shipping address within the European Union; Comply with these Terms and Conditions as well as the community rules of the relevant platform.

1. Winner Selection & Notification

Milestone Reward Unlocks：

Each participating official community will have its own member growth milestones.The Half Milestone Reward will be announced and arranged for fulfillment within 14 business days after the milestone is reached. The Final Milestone Reward will be announced and arranged for fulfillment within 14 business days after the milestone is reached or within 14 business days after the campaign ends.

Lucky Pair Drop：

Participants who invite at least one friend to join their local Navimow Facebook Group may have a chance to win together with the friend they invited.Rewards will be announced and arranged for fulfillment within 14 business days after the campaign ends.

Navimow in Action：

Each participating region will select 1 weekly winner during the campaign period.Rewards will be announced in the community every Tuesday starting from the following week during the campaign period, with fulfillment arranged progressively after each announcement.

*Winners may be contacted via private message, email, or notification through the platform. In the absence of a response within 14 days, the Organizer reserves the right to designate an alternative winner.

1. Content RightsBy participating, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license authorizing:

• Reposting;
• Sharing;
• Publishing;
• Translating;
• Displaying;
• Or any other use of the submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Campaign and the activities of the Navimow community.

Participants guarantee that the submitted content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

1. Code of Conduct

Participants must not:

• Post offensive, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content;
• Manipulate engagement metrics artificially;
• Use fake accounts, bots, or fraudulent methods;
• Harass or attack other community members.

1. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• Technical failures,
• Platform interruptions,
• Lost, delayed, or incomplete submissions,
• Or any damages arising from participation in the Campaign or use of prizes, to the extent permitted by law.

1. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Campaign will be used solely for:

• Campaign administration,
• Winner verification,
• Prize fulfillment,
• And related communication purposes.

1. Taxes & Local Regulations

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or legal obligations associated with receiving prizes under applicable local laws.

The Organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to the Campaign.Any decisions made by the Organizer regarding eligibility, winners, or disputes shall be final.
